Lionel 1914-26 Loose Large Locomotives

First is a #6 loco and tender circa 1914-17.

Note that the rear coupler on the tender is a strange one. A long crinkle hook tender with nibs! Greenberg doesn't mention one.

Next is a #51 loco and tender combination circa 1918-25

Note that long ago, someone made an extra hole in the sloped top to be able to replace the rear coupler. The larger hole is factory. That's how they attached the rear truck.

Next is a fairly uncommon Mojave 42. It has twin motors.

Next is a Black 42 with a pedestal headlight and two motors. This is unusual as it also has opening doors.

Next is another Black 42. This one has a pedestal headlight, one motor, and opening doors.
