Los Angeles Round-Trip Schedule

Don't miss the train. Our two private cars will be at the end of a long train. Come early as we will be funneling 84 people with their carry-on's (one per couple), through the vestibule of a 1948 observation car.

The train cars will head South from Oakland's Jack London Square on Friday, and return North from Los Angeles Union Station on Sunday. If you don't want to repeat the trip South and North, let us know right away. If you're busy Friday, you can fly into LA on Saturday and take the North-bound train trip on Sunday. If you need to be somewhere distant on Monday, you can fly in Thursday for the South-bound train trip on Friday, then fly out of LA on Sunday.

Again, please note that the Friday train leaves from Oakland Jack London Square, NOT Emeryville as on our prior trips.

Out-of-town folks should note that the Northbound train on Sunday doesn't arrive in Oakland until 9:24 PM. You will likely spend the night in Oakland as the airports are 30 minutes (OAK) and 45 minutes away (SFO).

All should attend the Saturday night wedding celebration banquet!!

On Saturday afternoon, we arranged a visit to the Nethercutt Museum in San Sylmar. Beautiful vintage cars, nickelodeons and a Wurlitzer theater organ.

Saturday -- July 29, 2017

	We have reserved for 50 folks to visit the Nethercutt Museum in Sylmar (their limit). We will arrange for transportation from/to the Biltmore Hotel. The tour is at 1:30 PM. To not be late, the vans will leave the hotel at 12:15 PM. Eat lunch early! First come, first served. Let us know if you would like to join the tour.
